We received a quote from ****** at 2 Guys Tree Service on June 9th. It was for cutting and trimming some trees in our yard. We gave them the job and they were to come to our home on Nov 8th to provide the services. In late Sept we attempted to contact them in order to ask about some other services. No response. We called and left voicemails on more than one number. We texted, we emailed. Did everything except send smoke signals. Never an answer. From anyone. On Nov 7th, the day before they were to be here, we tried one final time and emailed. We finally received an answer from someone named ****. He stated that ****** has been injured for a couple of weeks. He also said that due to the warm weather it was really not a good idea to move forward with the tree trimming tomorrow. We have been reaching out far longer than a couple of weeks. This also tells me that they were just not going to show up tomorrow at all. If weather has been an issue, why weren't we notified of this prior to today? Horrible communication. Highly unprofessional. We will find service elsewhere.

This is obviously not the kind of customer service or communication that any business wants. We are sorry for your experience and wish you all the best with your trees. We are a small business, and Rodney typically handles things himself, so when he is off work because of injury or illness, there is no one to fill in for him. When he is injured or sick, as he has been lately, I prefer he focus on getting better, as would any good person. That means some thing don't get done, and while we are not proud of the affect it has on our business or our customers, we do believe it is the right attitude to have. Again, we apologize for your experience, and wish you the best with your trees.
