              I hired Momper Insulation to install insulation cell spray foam on my house on 7/1/21. They took 11 days to finish the job when I was told it would take only 2 days. The roof deck was supposed to be filled with 8 in. of nominal open cell spray foam, but there were several uneven spaces and empty crevices where foam was supposed to be filled. The company did not provide what was agreed to. When the sales manager, *********************, went to inspect the job, he proposed that they would fill the empty spaces with closed cell spray foam. I sought a 2nd opinion form another contractor, that told me combining open and closed cell is not proper and the job was very poorly done. I asked ***** to complete the job to how it was agreed upon originally, he very reluctantly agreed to fix it with open cell spray foam and that it would take 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and the job is still incomplete. The invoice was for $8,400, which is unpaid. I will gladly pay when the job's done correctly.

              Complete lack of communication. I canceled the work due to the fact that they wasted hours of my time; which cost me revenue; by not making a simple phone call to let me know their plans had changed. No one has contacted me to apologize or to see how they can make things right. I guess they have all the work they need and if they loose some so be it.

I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused due to unforeseen changes in scheduling or any miscommunication that may have occurred . We understand the importance of notifying customers in a timely fashion and we try our best to limit mistakes in those situations. There was no attempt to follow up earlier as we were told to "forget it and do not call back" As a 65+ year old company, we always strive to give our customers the best service but if we fall short, we will always do what is right to repair the situation, if given that chance.
