I was VERY disappointed with my purchase, the small backpack in performance twill was not what I thought it would be, the color was off. What I was told was supposed to be a nice pink color actually ended up being more of a lavender (purple) color. I was looking for a pink color something more like my ballet way pink salt/blush Otterbox case, so you can see why I was disappointed. The colors called Hydrangea Pink. I must have read that wrong, and I didn't care for the inside design at all. I also didn't care much for the side pocket since it was actually a lot smaller than your traditional small backpack pockets in the cotton. This makes it harder to fit an iPhone with an otterbox case. Since getting my first **** bag, it is the only brand of bag or purse that I will buy. I've owned several **** bags since I was 11, but I've seen the quality and the company as a whole take a huge downhill in the last couple of years. I haven't been able to find any colors or patterns that are tasteful and in my style other than the Terra *******************, they've only gone and gotten rid of some of my favorite styles of bags and favorite patterns. In the end I returned the bag for another small backpack in the Terra ******************* since it's the only color and style I will use at the moment. **** as a whole could use some improvements in my opinion to both their designs, the company as a whole and they really should start listening to the customers. I hope to maybe find a crossbody in the Terra ******************* one day to help even the odds of me using my small backpack all of the time, but it may be awhile before I purchase another bag.
