            Date of the carpet installation was June 21, 2021 1) The carpet installer damaged the carpet by pulling loops in the carpet during installation. Loops were pulled in several areas throughout the home but the worst area is in the entry way. I was told by Diane at City Carpet Outlet to put a rug over the pulled loops and leave it alone until they could send someone to fix it. I have sent 3 emails and left two voice mails, it is now September and nothing has been fixed. 2) Also, the pattern in the carpet was laid 'crooked' in the bathroom. The installer tried to 'stretch' the carpet to make the pattern straight but it didn't work, it's still crooked.

            Great service,prices,Very good carpet instalers too.What a variety of area rugs.So many to choose from.Real easy to get to ,**** sure knows his carpets and flooring.Great salesperson.Wht go anywhere else.Locally owned,good prices,and friendly staff.
