The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.

Had a problem with my ac snd was told that the evaporator coils need replaced whic was on warranty but i had to pay the cost of refrigerant whic i paid on 6/28/21 for $484 Problem still recurred and the was told the dsmper needs replaced which was done for $ ****** on 7/19/21.I requested a refund of $484 for the misdiagnosis but communication with ********************* was not helpful and my request was denied.I hope the BBB can help resolve this issue

I feel our job was a difficult one as we had an oil boiler furnace being replaced, and the old furnace removed. I was happy to see so many employees arrive that day as i knew it would be a big job. When we told you we found out we could not get natural gas after all, the guy was very understanding, and you had the equipment to make the switch over to lp with you that day, with no problem. Hard working crew and they all knew their job and had it done in one day. Job well done, Thank you
